I suck at sticking with working out. But I suck at eating right even more. And I have to at least do one or the other! This is where I will record the next 100 days of working out — in hopes that this accountability will keep me on task 🙂
Since I have a baby to look after, I’m always on the lookout for effective SHORT workouts. (Though, let’s be honest, even without a baby I’d be more likely to workout if the timeframe was shorter…)
Day 1: 2/3/14 — T-25 Cardio. Made it all the way through, with definite breather breaks.
